Client Registration Form

As a new family with us, please complete the Registration Form below, which will allow us to get you set up on our online platform, TutorBird.

Once complete, you will receive an email from TutorBird, which we use for managing the sessions and you will have a profile set up for you and your child. Your TutorBird portal keeps everything organised for you: lessons, notes, invoices, and resources. It’s a simple, secure way to stay connected with your child’s progress at Verity’s Maths Place.

There is a calendar which shows your booked lessons; you can view and cancel them this way (Verity requires 24 hours notice), or contact us directly using the contact details on the last page of the Welcome Guide. For short notice cancellations, please text Verity.

There are a wide range of resources available through the portal, including activity sheets, consolidation practice and past papers. You can access these via Online Resources.
